Great people’s habits, actions, and behaviors are congruent with their goals and visions. That’s why New Year’s Resolutions don’t ever seem to pan out. (Due to this disconnect between your habits and your goals). Connect the dots, look inside yourself, feel deep within, and FIND OUT YOUR WHY! And in the process, you will find that your journey towards your health and fitness goals, will be one that will come together much more fluently and enjoyable.
So stop running uphill with crap nutrition!
The foundation of everything you do with your body is nutrition. It affects every cell of your being.
In essence, The Hierarchy of Fitness is this:
You need to build yourself a solid foundation, so that you can build the peak of your fitness pyramid to the heavens!
You know, I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions, but I do believe in a NEW YOU REVOLUTION, one where you connect with that hirajuku moment where nothing will be right in this world, unless you take immediate action and the necessary steps are taken to become change.
And it is coming….
As we move into 2013, we are plagued by the world’s number one pandemic, known as obesity. And a food industry structure more concerned with lining pockets over nutritious servings.
SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!
So my challenge to you…
No gluten or dairy.
Think about it. Did you know anyone who had gluten sensitivity 10 years ago? The quality of food, especially wheat has been reduced so much in recent years that everyone seems to be having issues digesting it.
So do your body some good…stay away from breads, pastas, cereals, alcohol (there is gluten in beer), and milk (you can’t digest the calcium from it anyways), and eat real food…chicken, fish, steak, shrimp, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, vegetables, fruits, nuts…
Give your body a rest from digesting food that the human body is becoming allergic to, and it will restore your hormonal balance and reward your efforts with tangible results.
Remember this is entirely up to you. Don’t wait for a health scare for your beliefs and actions to line up. Every great individual and effort in any perspective field had an insatiable thirst and passion for what they were doing. So if you want to have an amazing body, a great ass, or visible definition of your abdominal muscles, you better start loving good food, hard work, and great fitness. I am committed to making your training experience effective, rewarding and enjoyable with our bootcamp workouts. You will absolutely get from them what you put into them.
Your intensity determines your altitude.
In health,
