SET YOUR GOAL  – ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL.
Sept 200lbs – Starting weight
Oct 195lbs
Nov 190lbs
Dec 185lbs
July 150lbs – Goal weight

 

The little things done correctly over long periods of time = The Compound Effect

 

Now, I would consider myself a better writer than a speaker, and always seem to forget things when doing videos, so I have added a little extra…
These poor choices you make are compounded over time and essentially stopping that fat loss you could be having each week.

 

If you’re working so hard at boot camp and getting nowhere… What are you doing wrong? Maybe your not even aware of it? (This is where a success journal could really come in hand!)
Aware of what?
The truth… That EVERYONE LIES!

 

And you can tell if someone is lying because great nutrition doesn’t lie.
We lie to ourselves and give excuses. Justify why we are not succeeding. Forgetting those small thoughtless slip ups. Lying to ourselves that we are ok with mediocrity. That we tried, so that’s enough.

 

When you lie to yourself about trying your hardest, you are taking a withdrawal from your self esteem piggy bank. And everytime you lie to yourself about giving your best, or giving up, it is lowering that self esteem.

 

So… NOW YOU ARE AWARE OF IT. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH IT?

 

It’s pretty damn hard not to get leaner, stronger, and faster doing bootcamp effect workouts. That’s what they are designed to do.

 

The Bootcamp Effect is the effect of attending a fun functional fitness program compounded over time with the result of a leaner, more athletic, and stronger individual.

 

So stop getting in your own way with crappy nutrition, distractions, and not attending regularly. 

 

YOU NEED TO BE LASER FOCUSSED ON YOUR GOAL FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR GOAL.

 

1 french fry does make a difference. 1 potato chip does make a difference. Nachos make a difference. Exercising it AT LEAST 3x every week makes a difference!

 

IT ALL MAKES A DIFFERENCE. AND THESE CHOICES ARE ALL COMPOUNDING!

 

Look we all get peer pressured by our support network. It just happens. My mom is always trying to get me to eating something like cheese or bread when I visit my folks and I’m like I don’t eat that.

 

Don’t get me wrong, I like those things, but I cant do that! Im all about The Compound Effect! And the little things do make a difference .

 

Wherever you are going or wanting to go. If you keep going. You’ll get there.

 

Consistency is the key to success.
