- Coaches Notes:
Fundamentals – see if you can do 50 split squats in a row on A3 and A5. If you can’t that’s ok, break the reps up as you see fit. - Perform walking lunges on turf or up the middle of the gym. Try to do 100 in a row if possible. I talk a little bit about this kind of mindset here.
- Pace yourself at the beginning of this workout. Plan for close to 30 minutes of consistent work. The goal would be to exercise just below that redline until you finish.
