A card game rears it’s face once again! This card game is loaded with time sucking movements.

EXTRA CREDIT – pull 1 card over at a time and do it. We program monthly at BEFIT and this is a nice way of sprinkling in some variance into your workouts, as each Thursday workout could be a completely different experience for you if you get all wall balls to start off your workout, etc…

You know the saying… “If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.”

We did not provide an Rx (Recommended Max) for befit. Feel free to adjust the load on your deadlifts when you have 2 vs 10. Just don’t grab a weight because it is convenient!

Just a reminder: keep your movement quality high and feel your muscles!
