- As with all 35 minute core/conditioning days the objective should be to move as fast as you can with good form feeling it in the target muscles without going over that redline. Pace yourself in the first 10 minutes of this workout so that you don’t blow up.
- With your rowing, focus on trying to have big explosive pulls around a stroke rate of 20-25 strokes/min. This will conserve energy while maximizing your efforts!
