This is going to be a mentally tough workout. That is why we entitled it “But Did You Die?”
The ultimate goal of this workout would be to do 4 rounds in part A, but your transitions and your speed is going to have to be on point. The situps, burpees, and squats want to be done as fast as you can do them!
1 partner goes at a time except for when you row together.
Pace the row! If you go all out and then can’t get your butt over to the next exercise, then the 10 secs you save on the row won’t matter if you take 20 secs walking over to your next movement.
