“I’ve been a member of BEFIT for many years now. I struggled with intermittent back injuries. I’d make progress in strength and conditioning and then I’d tweak my back and decide to take some time off to recover. This resulted in the loss of previous gains and going back to square one. However, I made the decision a while ago to commit to keep showing up even if I had a slight injury setback. If I needed to modify an exercise then the trainers would help with that… But the important thing was to just keep working out. The exercises at BEFIT are awesome at working all the core and stabilizer muscles, which helps avoid injuries in the first place. I feel strong yet balanced. I can’t say enough about BEFIT…. It’s by far the best gym I’ve ever been a part of and both the trainers and members are amazing. Thanks guys!”
