“I joined Bootcamp Effect in February. I joined for a few reasons. First and foremost was to get into shape and lose weight. Bootcamp has done that for me. Thank you.When I joined I was coming off a injury that put me on the sidelines for some time. With the help of Josh and Karen and the staff at B.E. I have gotten back to a decent shape that I can now do the things that I love . Thanks to B.E. I am able to run, bike, swim and lift weights and feel good about it. It feels good to have fellow gym mates to say you “look great” or wow ” you’ve lost a lot of weight”. With the positive people that go to the gym its hard not to be positive. The attitude in the gym is to have fun while working out . Most times while working out and sweating you barely realize you are working out. I have gained lots of friendships through the gym by doing fun things through our workouts and through out of the gym experiences such as Tough Mudder, Concrete Hero and beach volleyball to name a few. If I can give a bit of advice to anyone thinking of joining the gym . Come to the gym to work out and work hard. Come to the gym to be instructed and to be instructed how to safely do your work out and get ready to sweat and see results . No excuses. Big thanks to everyone at BootCamp Effect.”
