I started The Bootcamp Effect because I was looking for something fun and motivating. Before bootcamp I was getting really bored of being at the gym on one of the cardio machines watching the clock slowly tick by, making it really hard to even get myself to go. Now I’m upset if I have to miss a bootcamp class! The workouts keep you moving and are always challenging if you’ve been there for a year or its your first day. All of the trainers and people around you motivate you to push yourself past the point you thought you could go. He even sends emails with nutrition/exercise information/recipes to keep you learning and dedicated at home. I definitely highly recommend the bootcamp effect for anyone trying to loose weight, tone up, or just try something new and fun for exercise. After your one week trial, you’ll be hooked just like me!
