The Fit Fuel Guide is almost complete…So I wanted to give you a sneak peak to one of your options. See this food plan was designed as a realistic long term solution to the all important question…WHAT SHOULD I EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND STAY LEAN FOREVER?

The Tasty life is based on choosing one of these options to choose from for each meal. Here’s one of them for your breakfast courtesy of our morning metabolizer Krystine Fernandez.

Due to high demand and as promised here is the protein pancake recipe some of you see me eating before and after class.

Protein Pancakes:
6 egg whites
1/2 dry measure oats
blend in a blender

For extra thickness add 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt or 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder.
Heat pan to medium heat with  lil’ bit of olive oil. Pour. Cook both sides and ready to eat!
Makes 3 perfect sized pancakes good for 1 person at breakfast.

You can add fruit (raspberries, bananas, strawberries). I keep mine plain but add cinnamon with 1 level tbsp of sugar free Ed Smith syrup!
