Wherever you have your sights on going, it’s nice to remember where you’ve been. This is the video that was on the home page of our website for a number of years and was most individual’s first inside look at what The Bootcamp Effect was (now have since rebranded and now known as BEFIT).

Although our methods may have changed, our principles have not, as we look at providing every one of our valued members with a personal training experience in a group setting while moving them closer to their goals and perhaps catching that love of fitness in the process.

So if you are feeling like not getting in the gym today, watch this video to fire yourself up and we’ll see you in a bit!

Because, we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.
