Monday – Unleaded (Unleg-ed) – May 2019 (WE’RE FUELLING UP FOR METABOLIC MAY)

Coaches Notes:

If doing barbell work, come in early and do some wrist flexor stretching and banded front rack stretches

If part A feels like too much rest, you are not challenging yourself

Part B – befit complex – choose the heaviest weight you can do for 12 hang power cleans and then do the other movements with that same weight – you may be limited by your thruster ability
