None of them. All of them. The best thing to do is this…

- Start acting!
- Start moving!
There’s a hundred ways of training: bootcamp, high intensity intervals, bodybuilding, crossfit, functional training, strongman, cardio, The Bootcamp Effect (which kind of encompasses the best of all of the above)…
But what matters is how you go about the program.
There’s parameters of training that may get you the best results, but really when it comes down to it, you need to go as hard as you freaking can. INTENSITY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN DURATION when seeking fitness results.
GET SOME ATTITUDE, ATTACK THE WEIGHTS, and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
This is more important than any program.
You attack whatever you are doing with all your might and you will yield the best results.
So start gritting your teeth, eat better, and start unleashing the lion within.
