Coaches Notes:

Don’t do bench press where you pause at the bottom if you have shoulder pain

Use one of the green blocks to limit range of motion

The slower you lower on your pushups, the better. Squeeze glutes hard

Make sure not to hold your breath on the holds in part A

When rowing, focus on technique, pulling as hard as you can. 2 counts fwd 1 explosive count back. Bonus – track cals thru month

part c befit – if you can’t continue do bicep curls to fatigue
