Coaches Notes:

  • If your back is not feeling great, the 15 1 arm sb seated row is your best option, as there is a demand to hold a neutral spine under load in the bent over rows and landmine rows.
  • If you have a shoulder issue, the landmine press is your best option as there is less of a demand on your shoulder as you are pushing at a 45 degree angle instead of directly oh. You will also be able to lift more weight so if you have a strength or lean muscle building goal this will assist your efforts.
