This weekend, The Bootcamp Effect held its 3rd annual bootcamp for a cause supporting the Langley Christmas Bureau.
The generosity of our Bootcamp Community was tremendous as we raised $1432 for the cause.

I hope the workout was larger than life and that you all pushed your physical capacity in such a positive setting.
We had 58 people in this year’s rendition with 6 teams vying for the most reps in 8 exercises.

Team #2 took first with a name of Santa’s lil lifters written on their sheet. With a name like that, they must have been on PED’s. I’ll have them tested first thing on Monday 😉
Team 1 started on the first exercise. Team 4 started on the forth exercise and so on.

In the warmup we can do a bar hang
because our rig is 56 feet long
We’ll say no problem to modify

We’ll have lots of fun with deadlifts
Adding them with pullups and toes to bar
