First thing you should know about BEFIT…

We’re not really a bootcamp.

Since opening as The Bootcamp Effect in 2010, we’ve evolved into something much, much more.

We took the best of what a bootcamp was, took it indoors, and created the most positive fitness environment you will ever experience.

In 2017, we felt our name didn’t depict the level of training, service, and experience our members received, so we rebranded to BEFIT.

BEFIT is where you receive that personal training experience at an affordable bootcamp rate. Our sessions go above and beyond what is seen in typical group training and resemble personal training workouts with the fantastic energy of a group setting being led by highly skilled performance coaches.

Our 4800 square foot gym has everything to fit the needs of creating amazing client results, an artificial turf for sled work, kettlebells, trx, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, bands, a pullup rig, and many more functional implements that are varied, fun, and challenging.

We even have multiple options for your workout with multiple coaches/personal trainers in the majority of our sessions…

Yes we call them sessions….

A training session is a workout with the goal of creating one or more specific biological adaptations– Fat Loss, Strength, and Endurance to name a few.

At BEFIT we plan out all of our training sessions for maximum long term RESULTS. PLAN OUT… not just pick a bunch of “exercises” thrown together and hope they work. If you want serious results, and are ready to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, then you need to be here.

Moreover and more importantly… We will fit the program to you with modifications, regressions, and progressions for each exercise to fit your body and/or injury concerns because we are more than a bootcamp, or a fitness class…

We are that positive, endorphin filled experience that our members crave daily with an atmosphere that will leave you laughing and smiling and feeling like you are a part of something. Voted by the people of Langley as the best fitness and health club for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023… Our focus is on building the relationship with you. We put our members first and then everything else falls into place…
