Why don’t you have what you want in your life?
What tends to happen is people say what they want, what they want to look like, their desires, their dreams… And unfortunately, they struggle to reach this and it all comes down to:
This is what you have to do to have those things.
And not only do you have to do these things – you have to keep doing these things over and over again. You have to grind daily.
So start mastering your skill-set, your technique in squats and pushups, your position in the plank. Be active in your boot camp workouts. Think about the exercise, and the muscles it is working. Know what you can lift in each exercise, know what food works for your body and then you will look the way you want to look.
If you don’t have the things you want it’s because – you are just not putting in the work.
You do the work or you don’t do the work.
Your workouts. Your nutrition. Your lifestyle. Your recovery.
Its that simple. Sometimes it just takes surrendering, and saying you need help. Surrender so you can move forward.
It comes down to this. And in most cases, it is because you just aren’t doing enough of what is required.
You’re not getting results? Write down what you did this week:
- write down what you ate
- write down how much you worked out
- write down how you slept
You either did good or you didn’t. There is no maybe, you have to put the work in to get there, you have to do this consistently and let your efforts compound:
- work out 5 hours per week
- limit your carbs to 1 serving per day
- fruit to 1 serving per day
- eat protein at every meal
- eat more vegetables
- limit or eliminate alcohol intake
- don’t kid yourself that you are eating good enough when you are eating crackers, snacking on chips, it’s not what these are in terms of quality, its what its doing to your hormones on a daily basis.
You hustled for 2 weeks? Why isn’t anything happening?
That wasn’t long enough quitter.
This shit is hard, if it was easy everyone would have it.
What’s difficult is scare and what is scarce is valuable.
DO WHAT IS REQUIRED.
DO BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO IT.
AND DO IT IN SPITE OF YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, EMOTIONS, AND MOOD.
Anything you don’t want in life is because of you.
