The Biggest Winner is a 12 week weight loss challenge where our bootcamp members are encouraged to adopt long term sustainable habits while exercising regularly.

Total Participants: 67
Total weight lost: 546.1lbs
Average weight lost per participant: 9.1lbs
Average attendance per participant: 39.6 total sessions (out of 72… = 55.0%)
Average weekly attendance per participant: 3.3 sessions/week
Average standard deviation for attendance per participant: 1.61 (the larger variance shows that this group has more people who have a larger change in how often they attend. For example if someone has a standard deviation of 1, this would entail they would only come 1 less or 1 more day per week than their average. An interesting stat to analyze because it turns out the lower this number is, the more consistent the participant was with how many days per week they came. It alludes that they are consistent and prioritize their schedule to make it in regularly week in week out.
So, let’s talk about the positive… Because they say, the best way to achieve success is to mirror people who have had success… Here’s a blueprint for you to achieve these type of results in 12 weeks…
Here are stats for participants who lost at least 10lbs:
Total individuals who lost 10+ lbs: 21 (31.3% of all participants!)
Average weight lost per participant: 17.0lbs
Average attendance per participant: 49.8 total sessions (out of 72… = 69.2%)
Average attendance per participant: 4.2 sessions/week (1 session higher than the group average!!!)
Average std. dev. for attendance per participant: 1.4 (which is lower than the above 1.61… with a handful less than 1, meaning that the majority only vary their weekly workout routine by ~1-1.5 sessions/week)

-21.2lbs lost (-14.1% lost), 61 total workouts, 5.1 sessions/week, 1.08 std.dev in attendance >>> shows she never came less than 4x/week!
Derek:
-31.4lbs lost (-13.2% lost), 55 total workouts, 4.6 sessions/week, 0.79 std.dev in attendance >>> this was 1 of the lowest standard deviations. (HINT).
Top 3 Common themes amongst these 2?
1) VERY consistent with workout routine each week.
2) Were attending between 4-6 sessions/week.

And when you look at results like these… It’s all within your power to do this… Consistently making it to the gym, AT LEAST 4 days/week. Then consistently doing your best to prioritize healthy nutrition 90% of the time. The other 10% you can indulge and keep your self sane if you need that piece of pizza. (10% is like 2-3 meals per week for most people).
As I have said repeatedly (or consistently), it is all about your commitment and consistency.
Yes, life’s circumstances will change, and we can’t forget the things that make us happy and take precedence in our lives…
But if you want to make a body transformation, THIS HAS TO TAKE PRECEDENCE IN YOUR LIFE! You have to use the discomfort of not being or feeling or looking the way you want and do something about it.
