This past Saturday, Bootcamp Effect held it’s 4th annual Bootcamp For A Cause supporting the Langley Christmas Bureau and a local family in need of help this Christmas.
As usual, the BE Community represented in full force and raised an amazing $1425 for the charity.
In total we had 66 indivividuals take on the Team Challenge workout that looked a little something like this…
This was an ALL OUT IN YOUR FACE cardio and core team challenge. Epitomizing, Bootcamp Effect’s typical Saturday workouts – but on a more grander and gracious holiday scale!
Below you will find a breakdown of the teams and the workout.
Team #6 also know as The Jolly Rogers (led by their charismatic team captain Roger) took home first place.

But does it really matter who takes first, when everyone comes together this time of year in the spirit of the season and helps out a family in need?
Karen and I were at Toys R’Us today picking out the gifts for the family’s 3 kids who will have a great Christmas because of you.
Merry Christmas,
Josh
P.s. All proceeds from the charity bootcamp go towards buying food and presents for a family in need this Christmas, with the remainder of the funds being donated to the Langley Christmas Bureau to disperse as they see fit. The Langley Christmas Bureau is a completely volunteer based charity supporting Langley families in need during the holiday season.
