10th Annual Bootcamp For A Cause Supporting The Langley Christmas Bureau

langley bootcamp

It’s been a few years since we had a charity bootcamp supporting the Langley Christmas Bureau…

Even with the 2 year absence, it’s great to see that the spirit in our community is as strong as ever with a new record raised in a single event!

Yes, thanks to you, local families in need this Christmas will have a better holiday with a little less worry and stress.

So thank you.

Because it’s not everyday you get to be a part of something like that.
It’s not everyday you get to feel that energy.
Because it’s not everyday you have…

  • 1 workout
  • 15 teams
  • 89 people
  • $2602 raised.
  • The BEFIT and LVFIT community coming together for charity … Priceless.

Your generosity humbles me.
Your spirit impresses me.
Your workout intensity astounds me.

It’s What You Do.

When Karen and I started these events 12 years ago, we never would have imagined how much of a vehicle for change this community would become.

Most of the faces have changed over the years, but the spirit has never been so strong!

It’s much more than just changing bodies, but changing our lifestyles, our mindsets, creating new relationships, affecting others positively, no more highlighted by your generosity today.

Before we hit you with some pics and stats on the workout, I would like to thank all of our generous sponsors who provided giveaways for our cause:

This includes:
Flaman Fitness
Twin Rinks Physiotherapy
Jubilee Gifts
Fitness Town
Camp Beer Co
Goodwell Painting Co
My Chiro @ Clayton Heights
Stephanie Bensch & Starbucks
