1. Tell me more about personal training at The Bootcamp Effect?

Our trainers are the best in the game when it comes to training for figure competitions, athletics, bodybuilding, fat loss, muscle imbalances, and rehabilitation. Personal training sessions are offered 7 days a week during non bootcamp hours. If you purchase a personal training coupon, please go to the personal training tab above to register and indicate you have come from groupon. The remaining info below pertains to the bootcamp.

2. Can I Participate If I have never worked out?

You certainly can! We have structured workouts that can be modified to fit most fitness levels. If you have never worked out before however, you should be cleared by your physician for exercise.

3. Will I be able to participate if I have an injury?

Bootcamp is a challenging setting to be participating in with an injury. Having said that, we do have many members with chronic injuries that attend bootcamp daily and have exercises modified for them. It’s a question you have to ask yourself… Will my specific condition hold me back from participating on a regular basis? And if you do have an injury, you should be cleared for exercise by your physician/physiotherapist if applicable.

4. Where is your boot camp?

We are located in our one of a kind indoor bootcamp facility – #108-20530 Langley Bypass.

5. What are your boot camp training times?

With the purchase of your coupon, you will be able to attend any of these timeslots.

  • 5:30-6:00am Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 6:00-7:00am Monday-Friday
  • 8:30-9:30am Monday-Friday
  • 9:30-10:30am Monday-Friday
  • 4:30-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
  • 5:30-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 6:30-7:30pm Monday-Friday
  • 7:30-8:30pm Monday-Thursday

6. How often can I attend?

You may attend as many times per week as you wish in the timeslots above.

7. When can I start?

You may start as soon as you purchase your coupon and have attended an orientation. After purchase, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Our client manager will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your orientation date and first bootcamp class. We can only accommodate 10 new members per week per orientation. Orientations are only at 8:30pm on Thursdays. Please DO NOT click the register tab above to redeem your coupon. Please do not drop in to a class time for your first session. You will not be able to participate.

8. What do I need to bring?

Water bottle, appropriate clothing that you can work out in, and the hst on the sale price of the coupon.

9. What can I expect to achieve?

Attend bootcamp 3-5x/week and follow the prescribed meal plan and you will lose 10-15lbs in your promotion month. Imagine, what you could do with 6 months!

10. Can I participate in this offer if I have enjoyed my trial week?

Unfortunately, this offer is for new members only.

11. Do I get the free body composition analysis and chiropractic assessment with the deal?

No, these offers are available when you sign up as a member after your deal.

12. Is the coupon fully transferrable?

No, it is only to be redeemed by the individual who purchased the coupon within the expiry date. Once the expiry date elapses, coupon shall be considered null and void with no refunds or reimbursements.
